Yes,It's important to eat before a workout as food ,especially that contains carbohydrates provides the body with energy.Eating beforehand ensures you have adequate energy to perform your best and sustain your workout intensity.also it prevents low blood sugar as exercising on an empty stomach can lead to low blood sugar and cause dizziness.Having carbohydrates before exercise allow you to work out for a longer duration .
