H pylori is a digestive system opportunistic bacteria which can live in git lining especially stomach for many years waiting its opportunity to increase and cause inflammation and ulcers. More than 70% of world population have h pylori infection. You can get infection from uncontaminated foods and water and direct contact with kissing or saliva or feco-oral.
