Aminoglycosides aren't recommended to patients with myasthenia gravis due to their great effect on muscle weakness due to inhibition of acetylcholine in presynaptic space causing neuro mascular blockage . myasthenia gravis patients suffer from presistent skeletal   muscle weakness especially eye,face and swallowing muscles due to the same cause so it will be duplicated and aggravated
