The United Kingdom left the European Union for the following reasons:
- Reducing the burden of migrants and refugees
-  Fear of terrorism

- Complaining about European fees, as Britain was paying 55 million pounds a day, which burdened its treasury

- The union system lacks the democracy in force in the British system

- The creation of a unified European military force.

- Freedom from the restrictions imposed on British sovereignty.
