Foundations Care is a not-for-profit that has been passionately dedicated to a single purpose for more than 2 decades; that the core needs of children, young people, to feel safe, accepted and valued within their family and community, will be realised. FoundCare's mission is to provide quality healthcare and social services to all individuals and families, particularly those who are medically underserved. The organization operates seven centers across Palm Beach County, with its Palm Springs location offering a comprehensive range of services under one roof.
